BUILD PIEZO TRIGGERS(DIY).

STEP 1.

Get some Piezo ceramics from some vendors.We have some instock.Please contact us to order.

STEP 2

You need solder wire, a pair of wire and Flux resin.Clean up metal side(yellow color) and put some flux to the spot on the surface you need to solder.Solder the wire on that spot.

STEP 3.

Put some Flux on little spot on ceramic part (white color).Be careful not to destroy surface since the ceramic surface is very fragile.Dont put too much heat on it.Solder the wire quickly.

STEP 4.

Put epoxy glue on both spots to secure and strengthen connection.Use two compound epoxies (harderner and resin) to get better result.
